Today (Monday, 13 Feb 2017) we are seeing widespread outages and slowdowns with TaxSlayer. TaxSlayer, the IRS, and the national office are all aware of the issue. Initial reports attributed the problem to a server at TaxSlayer, however that has been resolved and some of the issues continue to persist.
They are continuing to work on the issues. My speculation is since they don’t know exactly what the issue are, any time to fix is at best a guess.
