Several volunteers have reported that the Massachusetts return data they are enter is not being saved in Practice Lab 2017 – even after clicking on the save button.
If this happens to you, we suggest the following:
- Delete the state return and try re-entering the data.
- Close the return, log out, change to a different browser, log back in and try again.
If neither of those work and you still can’t save, contact TaxSlayer support.
Identify the specific return that won’t save, the browser your’re using, and when the problem occurred.
