Thanks for everyone who identified specific problems with the state return not saving. We really appreciate the feedback and ideas.
We recommend the following actions:
- Use only Chrome or Edge browsers (not Internet Explorer).
- Delete any state return you’ve had problems with and create a new one.
- Our NH cohorts recommended that on the HC forms, instead of using your mouse to click from box to box that you tab from box to box before hitting save. .
TaxSlayer has also made some software changes in the state section (you may have noticed) that should help this problem. However, we now have to back out of the entire state return before going back to another menu item on left hand side (just like last year)..
